Our Integration Solution
We have developed an off the shelf package to meet the most common integration requirements. The software, infoGrator, takes order and customer details from your online shops and imports them into a central store, with it's own search and reporting function. Order and customer data can also be merged with your in-house ordering/accounting system and despatch information exported into your shipping software package.
infoGrator supports the following:
- The major Ecommerce packages - including OS Commerce, Zen Cart, JShop, Catalook, ASP DotNet Store Front and Cube Cart.
- Accounts Packages - Sage Instant Accounts, Sage Line 50, Quickbooks, Pegasus and Mamut.
- Any in-house system - using either a Microsoft Access, MSDE, SQL Server Express or SQL server.
- Despatch software - DHL and Business Post.
- Email Systems - Microsoft Outlook and Exchange server.
- Telephone Systems - Single lines supporting CallerID, Nortel BCM 50/200/400 and various IP telephone systems.
